Our temporary pop-up location across from our home was a great beginning last Friday!
Opened on the dot at 5pm, over 80 people came! We served wine- inspired truffles form local chocolate geniuses at Telluride Truffles, including champagne, chambered, and Cab Sauvignon truffles. (Your guessed it, they were awesome!). Thanks very much also to Stu and Ginny Fraser for attending- always nice for the Mayor and First Lady to welcome a new business- we really appreciated it.
Suzanne Siminger's work in the show "Landforms of the Southwest" is proving to be VERY popular. If you're in Telluride until the 25th of this month- stop in, and see for yourself. We have paired the paintings up with a selection of Ann Morris' fantastic bronzes. If you are ever in Washington State, a stop to her sculpture garden on Lummi Island is a must- see.
Up Next for Arroyo Telluride:
We OPEN at 220 E Colorado Ave (Main St) in the next couple weeks, in time for our one man show "PAUL STEINER" featuring 23 new and recent works by one of our most popular artists focused on Colorado!
...and the debut of our JAZZ WINEBAR in the gallery! If you are in Telluride for a visit, or the show, stop in and enjoy a glass of wine or scotch, or a micro-brewed beer with appetizers or sweets before, during, or after your dinner hour!
Up Next for Arroyo Santa Fe:
NEXT WEEK, join us Friday, July 20 from 5-7 as we host our Spanish Market inspired show- "TAPAS". Featuring local artists Cathy Carey, Judith D'Agostino, Larry Ogan and Chuck Volz, this "small plates" show features bite- sized works by these talented painters.
We will host a PAINT OUT in our front sculpture courtyard with these artists on SATURDAY, July 28! 10-4.
Come out and enjoy the entertainment!
Looking forward to seeing you soon in Telluride, AND Santa Fe!
